Powered by NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX / Xavier™ NX System-on-Modules (SoM), this platform is built on NVIDIA® Ampere GPU architecture (Orin NX), including CUDA cores, Tensor cores, and NVDLA (NVIDIA® Deep Learning Accelerator).

The NRU-52S+ leverages the power efficiency of NVIDIA® Jetson Orin™ NX, which consumes only 25W, to decode up to 18 channels of 1080p video streams at 30 FPS, while delivering 100 TOPS of AI inference performance. Thanks to its high AI performance per watt, the NRU-52S+ is ideal for power-constrained applications such as robots, vehicles, or railway systems. Featuring Neousys’ industrial-grade thermal design, the NRU-52S+ is perfectly suited for edge deployments in environments such as roadsides, streets, construction sites, agriculture, or dusty factories where fanless and wide temperature operation is required.

The NRU-52S+ offers four IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ ports, each capable of delivering up to 90W to power IP cameras or PTZ speed dome cameras for AI-based detection, tracking, and recognition applications. It also provides flexible expansion options with two mPCIe sockets for NVMe storage, Wi-Fi, GNSS, or V2X modules, and one M.2 B-key slot with passive cooling design for 4G LTE or 5G NR modules. A total of five antenna holes support mobile broadband connectivity. Additional I/O includes hardware-configurable RS232/RS422/RS485, one GPS PPS input, three isolated DI, and four isolated DO for communication with external devices.

With its PoE++ connectivity, 21 TOPS inference performance, and integration with various NVIDIA® AI JetPack toolkits, the NRU-52S+ enhances the possibilities for real-time video analytics in applications such as autonomous machine vision, security alerts, and V2X. Supporting fanless operation from -25°C to 70°C, wide-range DC input, ignition control, and 4G/5G connectivity, the NRU-52S+ is ideal not only for indoor installations but also for harsh outdoor edge deployments.
