The SEMIL-1700GC series is one of the world’s first IP67-rated waterproof and dustproof inference servers that can operate reliably even in the most extreme conditions, while equipped with NVIDIA® RTX A2000, Tesla T4, or Quadro P2200. This product introduces a new level of ruggedness to edge AI solutions and marks a new chapter in Neousys innovation. Featuring Intel® Xeon® E or 9th/8th Gen Core™ processors, the system delivers exceptional CPU and GPU performance for advanced edge AI applications deployed in diverse environmental conditions.
The SEMIL-1700GC series showcases Neousys’ patented thermal system architecture, which enables fanless operation in environments ranging from -25°C to 70°C, and comes housed in a rugged 2U 19" rackmount or wall-mount chassis.
With a sophisticated thermal design, the SEMIL-1700GC efficiently dissipates heat generated by the RTX A2000, Tesla T4, or Quadro P2200 GPU to ensure maximum GPU performance even in high-temperature environments. To prevent corrosion, it features a stainless steel and aluminum chassis, enhanced by specialized O-rings and a patented fusion mechanism to achieve superior durability and complete sealing.
The SEMIL-1700GC series offers a wide range of I/O connectivity, including 802.3at Gigabit PoE+, VGA, USB, COM ports, and an optional 10G Ethernet. All connections are made using rugged M12 connectors to ensure secure, waterproof, and dustproof interfaces in shock- and vibration-prone environments. It also supports an M.2 slot for NVMe SSD, a 2.5” SATA storage bay, a wide-range 8–48V DC input, and built-in ignition power control. The system is fully certified to MIL-STD-810G and EN 50155 standards.
