GT-92GC – Fanless GPU Computer for Multi-Camera AI Inference

The GT-92GC is a 2U 19-inch rackmount fanless GPU embedded system from Neousys, designed for high-performance AI inference and vision-based applications in industrial environments.
Supporting Intel® 14th/13th/12th Gen Core™ processors and equipped with the NVIDIA® RTX™ 2000 ADA GPU, the system offers optimized computing capabilities for real-time multi-camera data processing.



System Performance and Processor Support

GT-92GC supports Intel® LGA1700 socket-based Core™ i9/i7/i5/i3, as well as Pentium® and Celeron® processors, with up to 65W TDP CPUs and up to 64GB DDR5-4800 memory.
This enables smooth execution of intensive tasks such as video analysis, machine learning, and autonomous driving.

It comes equipped with an NVIDIA® RTX™ 2000 ADA GPU with a 70W TDP, and features a passive cooling system to ensure stable high-performance operation in fanless environments.



I/O Configuration Optimized for Vision-Based AI

GT-92GC offers a total of 8 GbE PoE+ ports (M12 X-coded), 1 additional GbE port, and 4 USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, allowing connections for up to 12 cameras, making it ideal for real-time video analytics, autonomous vehicles, and smart agriculture.

Additional interfaces include:

• 2 isolated CAN 2.0 ports (SocketCAN supported)

• 2 isolated serial ports (RS232/422/485)

• HDMI 1.4 and DisplayPort

• 4-channel isolated DI/DO

• 3.5mm audio combo jack

• These features make integration with vehicle communication and external sensors seamless.



Storage and Expandability

For high-speed data storage, GT-92GC includes:

1x M.2 Gen4x4 NVMe slot with up to 7,000 MB/s read/write speed

• 2x hot-swappable 2.5” SATA SSD/HDD bays, supporting RAID 0/1 for video storage and data backup

It also offers 2 full-size mini PCIe slots and a SIM card slot for internal expansion with LTE/5G modules or other communication/control cards.



Power Input and Environmental Specifications

GT-92GC supports a wide DC input range from 8V to 48V, and utilizes an M12 L-Coded connector for stable power delivery.
It also features an ignition control function, enabling power sequencing for vehicle and autonomous systems.

• Storage temperature: -40°C to 85°C

• Humidity: 10%–90% non-condensing

• Certifications: EN 50155:2021 / IEC 61373 for vibration and shock resistance
